Do I have to learn another platform?
No. This is a managed service. We use Grifflit Console to organize the work behind the scenes; you do not need a separate dashboard account.
Can I keep my current website?
Usually, yes. We check compatibility during setup and agree any integration work with you. A website rebuild is a separate project.
When does messaging become available?
After the necessary provider approvals, account configuration, consent setup, and workflow checks are complete. Available channels depend on your agreed setup.
Does the plan include booking or an AI receptionist?
Your team handles appointments and customer decisions. Automatic calendar booking and an AI receptionist are not included in the $297 managed plan.
